Where in Seattle?

So in search of the area to live in, I stumbled upon this image…
It lables all the different parts of Seattle, If i’m going to be going to Seattle Central, which is located in Capital Hill, I’ll need to live somewhere near it. So the farthest I would like to live is Queen Anne, Fremont, University Dist., Sodo, and Beacon Hill.
That’s my preference, hopefully if I can, I’ll find somewhere more favorable…
